David Billedeau, President and Chief Executive Officer, holds considerable experience in government relations, sustainability, and industry advocacy.

Most recently, he served as Vice President, Climate and Environment at the Canadian Steel Producers Association, where he championed decarbonization initiatives, including advancing hydrogen adoption in steelmaking. He previously led national natural resources and sustainability campaigns at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and supported government relations at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada.

Mr. Billedeau completed his PhD in Sustainability Management at the University of Waterloo, where he held a fellowship with the Energy Council of Canada.
