She currently serves as Director of Hydrogen in a strategic consulting capacity with Solas Energy, where she advises on project development, market strategy, and the commercialization of hydrogen solutions across North America.
Previously, Lara held senior leadership roles with a top-tier global energy multinational (Shell), where she led supply chain support for complex hydrogen infrastructure and operations portfolios, delivering large-scale mobility and refueling projects across the United States and Canada. She has managed projects from early-stage development through execution, with direct experience across portfolios exceeding $1B in value.
