HybriGenix Futures Inc.

HybriGenix, based out of Vancouver, BC, operating out of Edmonton, AB, offers modular and scalable decarbonization solutions that integrate state-of-the-art Hydrogen Production Units (HPUs) with existing natural gas infrastructure and gas turbines. HPUs are designed for power generation decarbonization, seasonal energy storage and refueling. This solution highlights an efficient approach towards decarbonizing small and medium gas turbines.   Together with other industry partners, HybriGenix is looking to showcase this innovative technology at a plant in Edmonton. Alongside electricity, approximately 1,200 kg of hydrogen will be generated per day per gas turbine. The produced hydrogen can be blended with natural gas and used for power generation or collected and stored for future use. Additionally, HybriGenix’s methane reforming process is equipped with an advanced carbon capture system, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions throughout the process.
