The CHA announces Fasken as Premier Member

The Canadian Hydrogen Association is proud to announce Fasken as a Premier Member for 2026.

Fasken is a leading full‑service law firm with offices across Canada, the U.K., South Africa and China, advising clients on complex legal, regulatory and transactional matters. In 2020, the firm launched its Hydrogen Energy Advisory Team to support clients across the emerging hydrogen value chain—helping develop projects, structure financing, navigate regulatory frameworks, and advance hydrogen blending, production and infrastructure initiatives. Fasken has also been a valued strategic partner to the CHA, providing government relations and legal support to strengthen our advocacy and policy work for Canada’s hydrogen sector.

As a Premier Member, Fasken will deepen this collaboration by contributing directly to CHA’s strategic priorities, participating in regional and national policy initiatives, and serving as the Association’s legal counsel.
