The CHA welcomes Vema Hydrogen as new member
The Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA) is pleased to announce that Vema Hydrogen has joined as a new member.
Vema Hydrogen is a clean hydrogen technology company developing Engineered Mineral Hydrogen (EMH), an innovative production pathway that stimulates naturally occurring geochemical reactions in subsurface rock formations to generate low-carbon hydrogen.
Vema Hydrogen’s interest in the Canadian hydrogen sector is centered on advancing EMH project development in Québec, contributing to Canada’s clean hydrogen ecosystem, and engaging with industry stakeholders on policy, regulation, commercialization, and market development.
“Engineered Mineral Hydrogen offers a scalable, low-cost pathway to low-carbon hydrogen”, says Florian Osselin, CSO at Vema Hydrogen. “We are pleased to join the Canadian Hydrogen Association, and contribute to the Canadian hydrogen economy’s broad range of innovative production pathways.”
Through participation in the Canadian Hydrogen Association, Vema aims to support a technology-neutral hydrogen framework and build relationships across the hydrogen value chain.
